Suze started her recruitment career in 2014, when she helped staff at an Auckland testing consultancy that was experiencing massive growth, before taking the leap into agency recruitment, where she has remained since 2018.

During her time with Recruit I.T., Suze has worked with several enterprise clients and enjoys the “corporate matchmaking” approach.

Suze also has a soft spot for overseas recruiting and finds joy in building solid relationships with many of the candidates she has brought to New Zealand - most of which remain in NZ to this day.

Today, Suze works closely with our Managing Consultant Kirk Roskvist, in the contract project services space and enjoys the fast-paced nature of this role.

Outside of work, Suze is a proud mum of two boys and spends a lot of time at football and hockey, watching her boys compete. She also likes to hit the slopes with her snowboard on a beautiful bluebird day!
