This is an opportunity for a Change Manager to lead transformation initiatives within the financial services sector. You will play a key role in driving business readiness, embedding new processes, and ensuring smooth adoption across teams. Projects span business and technology change, requiring expertise in one or both areas. Proven experience in the banking or insurance sector is essential.
Key responsibilities
- Lead business readiness and stakeholder engagement efforts
- Drive adoption of new processes across business and technology teams
- Deliver structured change, communication, and training plans
- Work with leadership to ensure long-term transformation success
- Establish business readiness measures to track progress and impact
- Proven track record successfully delivering change within large, complex organisations, within the banking or insurance industries.
- Strong expertise in business readiness, stakeholder engagement, and process adoption
- Experience leading change projects, ideally using the Prosci methodology
- Ability to develop and implement effective change and communication strategies
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across all levels
