About the role
We are seeking a Project Manager with experience delivering transformation initiatives within the financial services sector. This role will focus on Agile and Scrum delivery to drive successful project outcomes across various business and technology project. You will work closely with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring projects are well-structured, risks are managed, and teams are aligned to deliver value.
Key responsibilities
- Lead project delivery using Agile & Scrum methodologies
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring on-time and high-quality outcomes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and priorities
- Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies
- Foster Agile ways of working, driving continuous improvement and team alignment
- Proven track record delivering either business or technology projects within the banking or insurance industries.
- Strong background in delivering projects using Agile & Scrum methodologies
- Ability to manage project scope, risks, and stakeholder expectations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive cross-functional teams
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile tools is beneficial
